The Fallopian's

I laughed when I saw this artwork. Each image looks like fallopian tubes. I wonder where this artist got their inspiration to make these.

  • If you don't have a good image in your mind of what fallopian tubes look like, see Wikipedia or search on Google. But be forewarned, while a Google search will show you more fallopian tubes than you ever want to see, some of the photos are gruesome.

The artist named this collection “Dreaming Out Loud”. I don't get that at all! It left me wondering what this artist was thinking about at the time. But whatever the motivation they still look like fallopian tubes.

So with tongue in cheek I present to you “The Fallopians”.  They are one color designs and despite their obvious similarities, their filigrees are lovely in groupings to sew onto garments or kaleidoscope into quilt blocks and their borders and corners.
