This is the frame used in the pillow project published in Fragrant Delights by Jenny Haskins

It gives alot of texture and dimension to a project.

Create this frame using 2 different methods.

** Sew 4 of these directly onto the background fabric. See multiple hooping instructions here. (This is how I sewed it on the pillow project in Jenny’s magazine.)

** Sew on 2 layers of organza, cut it out, and adhere it to the background fabric with a zigzag stitch or adhesive.
